Educational platform Science Caravan
Today Educational Centers are becoming popular and are opening in large cities. Unfortunately, residents of the regions and many countries do not always have the opportunity to visit them.
Opening branches and traveling exhibitions do not solve these problems. Not every locality has a place to place an exposition. The costs of moving and setting up expositions are sometimes difficult to recoup.
The Coral Reef Center is a pilot project of the scientific and educational platform “Science Caravan”
About
The main idea of SCIENCE CARAVAN Platform is to create and disseminate visualized educational projects. Accessible to the most diverse regions and segments of the world’s population. Created as an interesting spectacle and offering education in an accessible and entertaining form. Using only “clean” – non-destructive technologies. Where man in the process of learning does not invade nature.
VISION
Creation and distribution of inexpensive compact scientific, educational and awareness-raising centers
Presented in the form of an interesting spectacle and allowing one to gain new knowledge in a fun way
By creating easily changeable exhibitions that combine multimedia and traditional forms of presentation
Basic principles
A multilingual platform focused on the global market of educational and training services in the secondary, higher and further education sectors
Using the Project as an example of the Coral Van Center

The van is in the exhibition position, the walls are extended
The exhibition consists of several parts:
The multimedia section features a stand with three monitors

The main action takes place on the central monitor
The side monitors are auxiliary
They display video images with zoomed-in objects or other camera angles
The experimental section features a laboratory

Here they conduct experiments and trials
The museum section features display cases and replicas of marine animals

A modern view of the ancient sea
Three main advantages of the project:
-Compactness, thanks to the use of multimedia;
– A large amount of informative content in a small space;
– Easy to change the exhibition.
The project is easily scalable, as it is based on educational visualisation programmes.
Modularity allows you to create exhibitions on a variety of topics.
For example, the mobile exhibition described here contains two alternately rotating exhibitions

Exhibition on a van, as the driving force behind the project

In this case, the van plays an unusual role. It pulls compact stationary mini and micro educational centres with changing exhibitions behind it. It demonstrates by example that there is room in the world not only for large museums and educational center’s.
The exhibition can be placed in a shopping centre, school or university, airport, hotel, etc. It requires only about 30 square metres of space.
By following the path of minimisation, it is possible to create very small micro-exhibitions – a school version. These consist only of a stand with television monitors and a laboratory table for experiments.
Exhibitions for large halls and open spaces

In a large area, a stand with TV monitors will be just as functional and take up little space.
Leaving space for other parts of the exhibit.
Options for mobile exhibitions
